3D Ripping

I am ripping my 3D movies into .MP4 to play on my PC, then streaming it to my LG 3D tv Passive via Plex Server, which .MP4 format would I select for this? Thanks

My advice is to select one of the following and experiment a little with a couple chapters so it don't take all night, and see what works best for you.
