DVD Ripper 9 Beta Problem with playback

Software Ripping to FLV:
DVDFAB 9.0.2.6
DVDFAB 8.2.2.7
FLV players:
Windows Media player ( windows Vista )
FLVPLAYER4FREE

I've been using DVDFAB since ver 6. Today I download the beta 9 and when I rip to FLV it will not play properly on my FLVPlayer. I get audio but only a white screen. When I play it on the windows media player it works fine. When I use my old 8 version all is well with my regular FLV Plaver. I was hoping to use the 9 for ripping to flv as it allows higher quality for play back on a TV. I dropped all the settings to match the ones in the 8 version but still no luck. Did something change, need newer codec or is it a glitch?

It also crashes the program quickmediaconverter.
The flv file from 9 will totally crash the player when attempted to play. It reports a corrupt file.
Also when using the DVDFAB player, when trying to use the skip feature there is a delay of about 8 seconds before the movie skips ahead and it is distorted and pixelated for about 5 seconds.
This is an issue if I ever create a FLV file to play on someone else's computer that does not have windows media player ( such as a MAC ).

Please go into Fabs settings, turn off all GPU and make sure that everything is set to software.

Glad it helped!!!
Version 9 has a new converting engine.
I myself would rather us my CPU set to software than my GPU.
Using the GPU you rely on their codes which some members seem to not have a problem, others do.
You may notice that it mat take longer using software settings but, I would rather do it once, then have to play around with settings to get it right.
