9026 Crash

I too can't get any rip to work with 9026 (and 8227), either software only, DXVA, or AMD App. I submitted a problem report email with logs several days ago but have gotten no replies. I do have a dump of the 9026 crash (90MB zip) if you want it...

Hi,
I also have big troubles with all versions from 9.0.1.8 to 9.0.2.6.

of course all accelerators, CUDA etc. unchecked from a very long time because it never worked even once before.

crashed are going on and on.

More sneaky and furtive, when you make a MKV file (remux/passthrough AND AUDIOCOPY), subtitling will stop long before the end of the file, you may see it opening the IDX file, and check with VLC playing.

Newer : the DVD remux that always worked : the hundred of subtitles contained in a DVD are reduced to only a set of two or three lines...

What is sneaky is that it says all is OK, pass by, but NO, it's NOT !

The forced subs present on a bluray that were detected before are not seen anymore, you may think there are no forced subs at all, and then you miss EVERY foreign translation.

Also I sent dozens of emails describing those things, NO ANSWER, you don't know if they are looking for a fix.

The last but the WORST : the last "usable" (but not bug-free at all) version that was 9.0.1.5 is not recognized anymore : I re-installed it, and one morning the launch said "unknown version" !!!! The lifetime license I paid for has flew away, and I can not use the software anymore.

Hey, support : what are you doing ? please at least let us use the 9.0.1.5 ! MERCY !!!!!!!

I add that the licensing system for version 9 is xxxx. I understand that you have to protect your investment against piracy, but not AGAINST us, your customers. One whole day, the servers were not available because my internet connection was down, I could not use the software AT ALL during that day. Do you think it's normal ? A pirate that cracks the software NEVER has that kind of trouble.

Please do something, I am totally trapped and can not move anymore...
