BD Ripper (3D Plus) Diary of a Wimpy Kid Roderick Rules will not open

In 9.0.2.6, tries to open and then get error:

An internal error occurred.

Please check if there is a new version at DVDFAB website.

This happens in 8.2.2.6 also.

There is no log generated when this happens in 9.

DOWK Rodrick Rules

I'm using 8.2.2.8 and 9.0.3.8 as well as Passkey 8.1.0.0. They all fail saying that they can't see the drive and to check to make sure the disk is readable. I put it in the bluray player and it works fine. I've tried on two different machines and it just doesn't work. It doesn't leave anything in the logs on DVDFab either.

Nothing wrong with the disk. I've never had one just give a disk read failure error before. Must be one mess of a copy protection they have on this disk.

Anyone who can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
