Empty Files in Subtitles 9026

    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Empty Files in Subtitles 9026

    It creates 2 files .IDX and .SUB but they are in 0 bytes in size. They both are Empty. This is for any movie that I tried ........

        Well It'e in MKV format. And I'm not sure why I have to upload the whole info.
        I don't have any Errors just
        The files are Empty and is on all Movies that I Rip from Blu-Rays.
        The other thing is if I select Subs in the movie then there is no Subs at all....

          You have to upload the log file so we can see what happens!

            Hi,

            Did you select the "Display the forced subtitle only" option? When select the option, if the movie not have forced subtitle, not have any subtitle in the idx/sub files.
            Please post your log file to get more help.

            For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
            For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
            Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
            If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
