DVD Ripper error on 2 pass ripping

Was wondering if anyone else seems to be having this problem. When ripping to any format if i use 2 pass it just starts then throws an error and exits out of the program, works every time with the single pass. Doesn't matter what format i rip it two just can't get it to work with 2 pass. I'm using a widows 7 x64 computer. Any ideas?

    Hi cmgruenb
2 pass has always been hit or miss, I never use it as you will never see a difference between 1 or 2 pass.

Ditto with CBR929. I've mucked around with this repeatedly. I have on occasion, been able to get the two-pass to work by disabling the GPU acceleration but to second CBR929's comment, I swear I can't see a difference between the outputs. And I usually scrutinize every detail...
