    DVD Ripper Mkv passthrough

    I tried a couple DVDs this morning and the AV sync is off worse than I've ever seen! Using 9.0.2.8 from the disc:

    WOW! I just tried Rambo First Blood and the AV sync must be off by minutes! While Rambo is in town blowing up the gun store the audio he's back in the mine trying to find a way out. I've never experienced anything like this!

          Quick question guys. I noticed you were ripping your dvds to mkv.

          Im wondering what is the best container to use? I use a external WD HDD to my Sony 580 bluray player. I usually rip blurays to m2ts and play them from the HDD. Im wondering what is the best one to use for DVDs. Mkv. m2ts, vob, etc..?
