DVD Ripper Growing Pains Season 2

Every time I rip the dvd video to mp4 acc with deinterlace the video is skipping using the ipad and plex as the media server. And sometimes the audio is missing. It seems it isn't defaulting to any audio. This is for DVD Fab 9. In DVD Fab 8, the deinterlace features doesn't seem to be working as I'm getting interlace pictures using the ipad as the playing device and plex as the media server.

For DVD Fab 8, it will work if I select generic mp4 acc and change the settings. However, if I do save as default inside generic mp4 acc after changing the settings and use the mp4.default it will not use the deinterface option.
