I just installed 9.0.3.0, and attempted to Rip Night ant the Museum - Battle of the Smithsonian using MKV.default (which was Passthrough) to preserve the best quality audio and video. However, when streaming through my Mezzmo server, I am unable to fast forward. Any suggestions?

How about playback in VLC directly?
WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

A lot of DLNA servers have problems with FF/Rew. That is why Wilson asked you to check playback with VLC.
