DVD Ripper 9.0.3.0 Rip of 'ELF' audio/video out of sync

I attempted to rip 'ELF' using DVD Ripper 9.0.3.0. I used MKV.default which was Passthrough....in an attempt to preserve the highest quality audio and video. When playing back though...the audio and video were out of sync.

Is there a preferred format/settings that I should use to keep things in sync?
