Audio only works first time

    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Audio only works first time

    I am getting no audio out of the Ripps. I can uninstall the software, it works fine for one movie then I try to do a second no audio. Uninstall DVD fab then Reinstall it works once.

    If I reload DVD FAB 9020 it works with no issues.

    This is a log from the second movie.

      Hi,

      I've reproduced the issue. Please wait some time to fix the issue.
      Please use the profile of DVDFab itself, The converted result does not have sound when converting with the customize mp4/m4v profiles or set as default profile after restarting DVDFab.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
