    Trouble getting 1920x1080 WMV 3D (DVDFab9)

    Hi all,

I am using the 9.0.3.1 beta version of DVDFab 3d Ripper on Windows XP 32-bit (SP3) (I have CoreAVC 3.0.1 installed). I have been trying for 4 days to get a watchable sample of my 3D Blu-ray Tangled onto a USB flash drive I can plug into my LG 47LW5600 Passive 3D TV and watch. I am *close*, but stymied...before I tell what I've tried let me cut to the chase. I've determined my best option would be a 1920x1080 Top/Bottom WMV file with WMA10 audio. The issue I'm having is that no matter what I try I can't get DVDFab to give me this. It keeps wanting to give me either 1920x1096 or 1896x1080. My TV will not play either of these. Is it too much to ask to just take the native resolution for each eye, cut it in half vertically and then stack the images together to output 1920x1080? When I try to "force" 1920x1080 output DVDFab gives me an error.

Any help appreciated, I am attaching screen shots in a .ZIP file showing how I got here. Let me know if any other information would be helpful.

I've tried top-bottom/SBS/Interlaced versions of: AVI/h264, MP4-AAC, WMV-WMA9, WMV-WMA10. TV won't play the AVI, the MP4 plays but stutters at parts like it can't "keep up" (on both Top-Bottom and SBS, even when downsized to 960x540), on DVDFab8 ripper the WMV files had audio-video out of sync but played beautifully otherwise, and on DVDFab9 ripper I am getting the error mentioned above when trying to get 1920x1080 output (when I play the "odd" resolution files on my computer at least the audio-video are in sync from the DVDFab9 rip). If I can just get DVD9 to give me the 1920x1080 output I think I'll be golden.

    Thanks!

    TB

P.S. Here's what I could find in the log files:

      Thanks...

      Ning,

Thanks for the information. If possible, let us know on this post when the fix is released. I'll remember to keep checking the release notes on the new revisions of DVDFab9 also and willpost here when I can successfully rip to 1920x1080 WMV/WMA10.

        9.0.3.3 does not fix issue...

        All,

Just wanted to update everyone that 9.0.3.3 (beta) does not fix the issue. I had hope when the release log talked about fixing a "graph 1" error. But alas, the functionality is still broken the same as 9.0.3.1 (beta).

          9.0.3.5 not working either

          All,

Just wanted to update everyone that 9.0.3.5 (beta) does not fix the issue. The functionality is still broken the same as 9.0.3.1 (beta) and 9.0.3.3 (beta).
