Can't get this to work!

Ok, so I'm just starting to use this. I've read all the stuff, and I've been trying to fix this for hours now.

I've used the DVD to DVD option and ripped 12 DVD's to a folder, and now I'm trying to get them finished so I can put them on my Zune.

I select DVD to Mobile, get the source and destination all in there, but when I click "Start" - it shows time, but it's doing nothing.........

I have all the options in there, 1100, 2 passes, yada yada. Any suggestions as to why it's not doing anying excep counting time?

I find that this sometimes occurs with badly authored DVD's. It is seem especially present in Music DVD's.

Try it on a good commercially released movie and post back the results.

Just to name a few. None will work........

Does the encoding speed just sit there or what?

See if you can post a screen capture of what's happening.

Everything just sits at zero, but the time keeps going keeping track of how long it's been going, but all zero's on everything else.

Ok, just finished with a reinstall and it's working right now!!
