DVD Ripper Unplayable Dark Knight Rises (PSP)

I tried two times for a good conversion. The job is done, but when i put the file into the PSP and try to play it says "unsupported format". The firmware of the device is CFW 6.60 B. And for DVDFab profile i'm picking Sony-->PSP firmware 3.30+ (to put in VIDEO folder) and 480x272.

I attached the logs for any relevant info.

Yeah the PSP profile is broken, it has been for the last couple versions.

I'm sure it can be fixed but we'll have to wait on the developers. I'm using a free alternative in the meantime.

I'm using and old version now of DVDFab that dvd ripper works. The video plays fine, the only problem is that the image looks squeezed and i don't remember what configuration i had used in the past to avoid that. Do you know the proper configuration so the image looks good and not squeezed? i don't mind if it's need black bars.

Look in common settings and find cropping and disable it to maintain the aspect ratio.

I have another problem, sorry to bother again. I'm in the resize and crop section (where the output preview of the movie is shown to adjust letterbox, pan&scan etc.), but the whole windows is not completed so i cannot press OK button because is hidden.

I'll check that but in the meantime if all you want to do is maintain the aspect ratio and don't mind the black bars go into common settings (click the check mark at the top) and uncheck this box.

I can't reproduce your display issue. What is your display resolution? It looks like it's cutting off the bottom?

Maybe is a bug since is an old version (dvdfab 6). I hope a new release with devices profiles fixed come soon.

If it were a bug I would have it too, but I don't know what it is. I tried The Hobbit with auto-cropping turned off and it was good, had the bars top and bottom but the aspect was good. The people weren't squashed or nine feet tall - looked great. 8.2.2.8 do you mean you are using a 6 version? Looked like 8 to me in the screen shot.
