    DVD Ripper MP4 Title's wrong

When I rip a movie to the MP4 format using Version 8, the title field within the MP4 file was set to the actual name of the movie, such as OUTLAND.

Now with version 9 of DVDfab (all versions so far), I get in the title field:

    n:/movies/scifi/outland_1984

When I import that movie into Plex or other media manager package, it is not able to match up the title to imdb / the movie database / thetvdb.com due to the absolute file name being encoded into the file.

Can we please get the original functionality of just having the name put into the mp4?

    Thanks!

Version 9.0.3.3 fixes this issue, update and it goes away.

And do not cross post the same issue in two different threads again.

        I don't believe that I did.

I posted a problem with DVDCopy in that when I append the year or SeasonDisc info to the output file name, it was not honored.

I also posted a problem with DVDRip in that it was including the absolute file path within the MP4 file itself.

Two separate issues. Two separate posts.
