BD Ripper (3D Plus) v9033 mkv.h264.audiocopy Sub Remux fail

I tried to Remux the subs into the mkv but it fails every time using the audiocopy profile.

Is this a known issue?

I then tried with mkv.h264.ac3 and that worked with the Remux!

The "remux into file" subtitle mode is not supported at this time for mkv profile. It in our todo list, please stay tuned,thanks.

I have also noticed that the cropping function doesn't behave as is it should.
For example if I have a 2:35 movie and do the auto cropping and removing black.
When I go back to the output data interface the setting is lost.
