DVD to Mobile: No pre-loaded profiles

I recently re-downloaded my DVDFab6 suite, including DVD-DVD and DVD-Mobile. When I went to use DVD to Mobile to rip a DVD to .mp4 using the PSP profile, I realized there were NO preloaded conversion profiles. I checked on all of the other devices, same issue.

What happened to the preloaded settings?

They are there as you need to select the part of the DVD you want to convert before the choices pop up at the bottom in the profile part. Check out the highlighted part of the screenshot I attached
