DVD Ripper Remux subtiltes does not work

Hi, it looks like the "remux into file" subtitle option does not work with MP4 format and most recent DVD like life of PI, Skyfall, etc..
It works with some old DVD.
Are there any contraint to be aware of?
I'm using DVDFAB 9.0.3.8

Maybe constraints within the MP4 specs which Fab adheres to?

AFAIK, mp4 does not support PGS (Bluray subtitles) streams within the container.

It's OK here for DVD(I tested Skyfall and other new DVDs) rip to mp4 with "remux into file". It's fixed in our test version and will add it in the next release. Please wait and try the next release. Thanks.
