    BD Ripper (3D Plus) I am lost - I only get a 2D mkv from 3d disc

I am using the latest trial version of DVDFab which doesn't seem to accord with the tutorials or the online manual. So I am having to 'play it by ear'.
I am selecting ripping 3D Plus, I believe I am selecting the right track from the disc listing and choosing MKV 3D as the conversion.
But I keep getting only a 2D version MKV as a result. It's fine in everything except it's 2D!

It seems it won't accept I am choosing MKV 3D and after converting it shows in the results screen as regular MKV.
Can anyone point me in the right direction

    Thanks
    Nigel

It's an known issue in the 9039. The 3D format profile will change to 2D profile automatically. We'll fix it asap. Thanks for your support!

      Terry5,

      Thanks for that.
What can I do in the meantime?
Does a previous version work OK?

      Thanks

          Thanks.
Now the question where can I d/l 9.0.3.7!
          I have searched and searched.
I see there is a 9.0.3.9 beta. Is that fixed in respect of the 3D profile?

          Thanks again

Here for 9.0.3.7... I don't think 9.0.3.9 is fixed yet.

Thanks for that, but unfortunately it d/l 9.0.3.9!
The text does talk about 9.0.3.7 but the download link actually offers 9.0.3.9

              Is there another source?

              Thanks

I've tried sending the file twice and my ISP is rejecting it as too big, my apologies.

                      Ah thanks for trying.
Is it your ISP or Yahoo?
                      But thanks again.

If not can anyone else help with a web location for 9.0.3.7?

The send completed without the error message but it's still in the outbox so I don't know if it went or not If not PM my pal CBR929 he has pretty good luck sending past versions.
