DVD Ripper Audio out of sync

I've been using DVDfab for some time but the latest version of 9 has an audio sync issue when ripping direct from disc to mp4.

Movies I've ripped with version 8 do not appear to be out of sync.

Can anyone point me in the right direction regarding a fix for this issue.

    Hi Mikey B,
Which profile did you use for mp4? Please post the related internal log here. Thanks.

Ok same issue here. Been using all forms of DVDFab for about 5 years or more and this last update is the only one to screw my audio. I loaded 9.0.4.0 and 5 attempts later I can not get the audio to sync. Going directly from disc. Interlaced and deinterlaced. MP4, MKV, AVI, XVid. Single fast pass. Double. High quality. Normal quality. CUDA. Software. Nothing works.
I finally reinstalled 9.0.3.8 but now it is doing it on that one too. This is frustrating. Can anyone help on this?

Try coping movie to hdd fist then use movie on hdd as source for ripper
Thats how i always do it and rarely have audio sync issues

                        Hi all

well to be honest I cannot, lack of time. I bought this soft because the Cuda Support and thus the faster ripp process. I just ripped it once without cuda to check if the problem was Cuda, but I unfortunately cannot test all the combinations to find where the problem is. On my pc it is taking ages to ripp a BD without cuda.

Rather than a workaround, I am seeking for a real solution with root cause identified. It seems that some other people have and out of sync problem too, so I think it is worth it investigating further on this, don't you guys agree?
by the way, is this forum an official forum to ask for support or is it just a user forum for sharing problems and potential workarounds with other users? If this is just a user forum, can someone help me and tell me where to go for an official support from dev team?

Personally i wold stay away from cuda imo causes more problems than its worth stick to software or quick sync

I am seeking for a real solution
I gave you a solution now thats on you

is this forum an official forum to ask for support or is it just a user forum for sharing problems and potential workarounds with other users? If this is just a user forum, can someone help me and tell me where to go for an official support from dev team?
I wold say its a official forum dvdfa staff, mods, and users are on this site to give tech support the mods and users are donating their time not paid only dvdfab staff

You say you dont have time but what i stated in previous post may be good idea andfor my advice me and quite a few others copy main movie to hdd first then rip thats how i got taught how to do it and all my movies are in sync

Dvdfab is the best i have found

On my pc it is taking ages to ripp a BD without cuda.
                          Maybe time to upgrade cpu

                          Hope it helps

Thats how i always do it and rarely have audio sync issues
I tried that method. After making the copy to the HDD, I then selected one of the m2ts files and dropped it into the ripper for mkv.

DVDFab then automatically switches to converter. However, since I have not purchased the converter, DVDFab puts a watermark on the resulting file, although the audio is in sync.

For me, that solution didn't work.
