I tried to convert Blu-ray to mkv with same type(mpeg2, interlace) of your source and get the A/V sync issue.
I'm not sure that it's same with you, but please wait some time to fix it and have try again.

Sound Still Out of Sync

Still having the same problem with ripping the Blu-ray, The Searchers with all versions of DVDFab including 9.0.5.5. I ran each of the different mkv profiles with GPU Codecs on and then off. It made no difference. As before, the progress bar only gets to 80% and then DVDFab declares the process as finished. As before, it's only some of the special feature tracks on the disc that have this problem. Here's the last log using 9.0.5.5:

The Copy program in DVDFab works perfectly for this same Blu-ray disc. I can then take the tracks created by DVDFab Copy and run them through another ripper program to create my mkv files. That process works perfectly and there are no sound sync problems. Based upon my limited experience it would seem that the DVDFab ripper program continues to have some difficulties reading certain files.

The sound lags behind the picture. At the very start, the sound is only 2 seconds behind the picture. However, as the video progresses, the sound lag becomes greater.

At 30 seconds into the video, the sound lags behind the video by 10 seconds. By 3 minutes into the video, the sound lags behind the video by 55 seconds. The lag time becomes greater as the video play time increases.

So, in short, the sound starts out lagging behind the picture by 2 seconds and the lag time increases with every second that the video plays.

Constant audio sync issues

Have been trying to rip Toy Story 3 (Double Play Region B) for months now.

Tried latest Fab 9 and 8.2.2.9 and always have problems.

1) Subtitle Track 4 (Spanish Buzz) never renders correctly
2) Audio is out of sync. Delay starts very small but is v. noticeable at the end which means I can't even add a delay using mkvmerge GUI as one end will be out.

Really, really frustrated with DVDFab now - these kind of simple things should be nailed for a product with a significant price tag.

Same Out of Sync Problem with 9.0.5.8:

I tried all of the mkv rip profiles and as before none of them can produce a properly synced rip of certain bonus features on The Searchers Blu-ray.

The sound is a full two seconds behind the picture at the beginning of the video and progressively gets worse (larger gap between audio and video) as the video plays.

I have run all the mkv profiles with hardware acceleration on and off but the out of sync problem persists. Here is the latest log:

Just a suspicion that I have that maybe worth a look at!

Can you run a MediaInfo report on the original source of one that doesn't have problems and one that does and post the results here?

I am suspecting that it is something in the audio format that triggers the problem.

The first one has AC3 audio and the second is AAC, not that I think that will help

Also, all of these are the same short video. It is listed as Title 12 in the first DVDFab copy and then listed as Title 10 in the DVDFab mkv rip.

In the mkv rip that was done with another program this video is listed as Title 9.

It's clear that each different program (DVDFab BD copy, DVDFab BD rip and the other mkv ripper) all assign different title numbers to the same video.

I don't know if that makes a difference.
