DVD Ripper How to accomodate Surface RT & iPad with one Rip?

I am looking to cut down on the number of files I have to create when ripping, and I would like to have a decent quality file that doesn't require toooo much time and space.

What do you recommend as video /audio configurations for both of those devices?

You may give a try of the profile "iPad.h264.mp4". I guess it should be OK on both iPad and Surface RT.

OK, I will try that again, thought I thought it was giving me an issue during the process. It might have had something missing on my laptop. I don't have a dedicated GPU, it was using software decoding instead of hardware.
