BD Ripper (3D Plus) Blu-Ray to AVI (xvid) mp3 audio

Ripping from Blu-Ray to AVI (xvid) mp3 audio worked flawlessly on DVDFab 8 Trial, so to remove the watermark I purchased 9 Lifetime. Using the same settings, I get major blocking and artifacts.

I've tried several AVI and mp4 profiles and get the same on each pass.

Would to get this working on the purchased version.

Uninstalled, ran CCleaner, reinstalled 9 and now it just keeps crashing.
