Samsung profiles not producing video

    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Samsung profiles not producing video

    I am using v9.0.4.0 and am finding that the standard profiles for Samsung SII and SIII all models produce a ripped mp4 file of the right size, but there is only sound - no picture is visible. I have used on my desktop VLC Player, Windows Media Player, Real Player and Win8's video viewer. I've tried a couple of different bit rates for the video to no avail. I have been using the SII profile in the past without a problem.

    Surprisingly, the profile for Samsung Tab 7.0 works perfectly either at full or reduced frame size. I could live with this one, but I'd like to use a more appropriate profile for my mobile device.

    What gives?

    Please post your log file, and did you use the latest build?

    Please post your logs the default location is:
    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

      Do not repro in the latest release 9042. You can give a try of it.

        v9.0.4.2 seems to have done the trick.

        BTW: What do you mean by "repro"?
