DVD Ripper DvD Ripper does not recognize DvD

    Hi All,

I am new to this, I have ripped a few DvDs with no problems, but others such as Walt Disney's The Jungle Book or Cars, give me some issues. I insert the DvD into my player and when I go to rip, DvDFab does not recognize anything on the DvD - it's like I had nothing in the drive. On the DvD, through Windows Explorer, I see the Video_TS and Audio_TS folders, but nothing happens in the DvDFab software. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you

Clean the disk make sure their are no fingerprints and try again.Make sure your using the latest version of Fab 9.0.4.4. download it if your using older versions of Fab.

If you still have trouble post the internal file in Fabs folders.Cut and paste just the log your having trouble with. The newest log is at the bottom of the list and their all dated post it here in a post so we can look at it.
