If I reboot the computer & use normal compression it works fine, but if I set it to small, then it gives the following error. Also if I put it back to Normal, then it still gives the same error.

    No problems with Version 8
Please pen Fab click the ? top right > click open log folder and copy and past your internal log.

    Thank you very much.

I see the developers released 9.0.4.6 Beta today and the list of changes say that the bug with the display only forced subtitles problems has been fixed.

I am happy to say that I agree. I've only done limited testing, but the bug seems to have gone away.

I've managed to get DVDFab ripper working again. This is what I did and I hope to works for you too:

    1. I rebooted my Computer
    2. Ran CCleaner - I also scanned for any issues in the registry and repaired these.
    3. Restarted DVDFab and this time it worked first try!

I am having the same problem as well since today. Previously I have used DVDFab to rib several DVDs without any problems at all, but now I got this error message straight away. Can anyone help? Thanks

    IWork 1 failed, Error = graph not_suitable_connected_filter graph(0) - pinName:video

Hi, I am a new member who just bought DVD Ripper 9.0.4.5 and I am getting the same error:

    Work 1 failed, Error = graph not_suitable_connected_filter graph(0) - pinName:video frame

every time I try to ripper any of my original DVDs.

I have no idea what this issue is or how to fix it as I never used DVDFab previously.

I would appreciate any help on this as I want to ripper a number of movies for my kids to watch on holiday in the next 2 weeks.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

I tried the same movie in 8.2.2.8 with the forced subtitles box checked and it completed normally.

Did you have the "display only forced subtitles" box checked on the title line?

VOB Passthrough seems to be broken in v9.0.4.5:

    10:34:34 Conversion
    10:34:34 Work 1 failed, Error = graph control_filter_error error: filter name(dvd_passthrough), type(1), id(28), get module_error(512.03 2)

Fails immediately with all Source content, whether subs are included or excluded from processing.

Didn't I just say that in my post right above yours? This specific problem has been reported to DVDFAB for several weeks and, months before that, I reported the crash problem without realizing what was causing it. When will this problem be fixed?
