BD Ripper (3D Plus) Dreamworks Blu Rays ripping Commentary Track only

Trying to backup any DreamWorks Blu Ray (Avatar, any Transformers, any Madagascars), the resulting track in the mp4 is the commentary track, even though preview window gives correct track. I'm using version 9.0.4.7. PLEASE HELP!
