BD Ripper (3D Plus) MKV failure with Black Hawk Down and Hitch

    V8, tried .27, .28 and .29. Same failure message.

Black Hawk Down and Hitch bluray.

    Archive Full Disk successfully.
    Make M@TS successfully.

Can not make MKV. Same error with either movie.

    Work 1 failed.error- 500.01 2 MKV.

Made MKV's earlier in the week for Never Ending Story and James Bond Die Another Day.

Log most likely includes the successful M2TS conversion as well as the MKV failure for Black Hawk Down.

Have tried V9 but for MKV its MKV's are jerky and unacceptable.

    Hi,
Did you selected the pcm audio track?
mkv.audiocopy and mkv.remux does not support PCM audio in V8, please deselect the pcm audio track and have a try.

Have tried V9 but for MKV its MKV's are jerky and unacceptable.
Would you please post the log file of V9? And which player you are used? Recommend to use VLC.

    Thanks!
    Hope this help you!

      Did attempt PCM with MKV.

I don't have V9 installed anymore. Won't install it until the threads for V9 indicate the issues with it, like the MKV stuttering, are fixed.

Wanted to add that I did not select the PCM audio track. DVDFab V8 did so automatically as if that were the preferred default audio track. I had to and have to manually select AC3.
