This may not something that is under DVDFAB's control since the bug is probably in QuickSysnc. Anyway, I've had this occur on several Bluray RIPS (Battle of Britain, The Last Waltz are two examples) where the on disk format is MPEG2 and when the disk is re-encoded to MKV/H264 the video is corrupt. If I encode the same disk on a different PC with AMD graphics the problem goes away so it certainly appears to be something related either to the QuickSync accelerated decode of MPEG2 content.
