DVD Ripper DVDfab 9 Not working

I recently installed DVDFab 9 and now it won't work. Every movie that I try always comes back with an error as soon as it starts to rip. Any ideas?

Looks like CUDA failed on you, might try disabling it and give it a go.

how do you disable CUDA?

Go into common settings by clicking on the gear symbol at the top and under general click on A/V codecs. There will be a box to disable all GPU activity, check it and restart fab. Give it a go!
