There is an issue with the windows form tab order on the last tab under advanced settings when ripping. Tab goes from Filename, to Author, then skips Title and goes directly to highlight "Default" button.
A feature that would be nice to add in this would be a IMDB ish lookup to gather info and inject into file. I use a freebee for mac called subler, this would be a good place to add that functionality.... 
Or at least an option for syncing the filename and title fields...
