DVD Ripper V9.0.5.5, some titles are missing

I'm trying to rip CSI season 5 - but there are some titles that don't show up when ripping. For example, Disc 1 shows 4 shows on it (and the box lists 4 shows on Disc 1 as well), but DVD Ripper 9.0.5.5 only shows 3 titles which are 44 minutes long. There are 3 other titles shown, but they're only a few seconds long. When I play the dvd, however, all 4 shows are available to view.

There are a total of 4 missing shows in season 5. How can I 'find' and rip those shows? I tried using DVD Ripper 8.2.2.9 as well, but had the same results.
