    DVD Ripper CUDA Question

I've been trying out the CUDA settings off and on for video decoding and encoding for the past several versions of DVDFab, but every time I enable CUDA in settings and start a rip (MP4, MKV, etc) the FPS starts out at 90+ fps and slowly drops to 0 and then DVDFab stops doing anything with the DVD. If I go into settings and disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding everything works fine.

I'm guessing that this is some setting that I've done. I'm using a stock default settings fresh install of v9.0.6.3. I installed the nVidia drivers for my GTX 550 Ti. No registry, hacks nothing fancy with regards to the machine.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Kizan

You may not have enough CUDA cores on that card? I've been told or read somewhere that it takes at least a 570 card to be of any real value encoding. Don't take my word for that, research for yourself. And let us know for sure.
