DVD Ripper Created file names looks odd

The latest version 9.0.6.7 creates the file names in an odd manner when you use the option "Split by chapter".

For the main title it looks ok, but for the additional titles - the name of the DVD is not first and the title # is not in the format like this example: 7485.Title1.chapter01 (DVD Name/Title#/Chapter#

see example with 5 titles - only the first title1 looks as it used to be in previous versions. Would be nice to see also title 2-4 in the same format as title 1.
