BD Ripper (3D Plus) Batman-Dark Knight Rises stops at 10%

I am trying to rip a Blu-ray of Batman the dark knight rises, however with the trial version of DVDFab, the movie freezes 10% of the way through.

It says "error cannot read disc" or something along those lines

has an option for Retry, Cancel, ignore

Sounds like it might be a read error but we need to see the internal log to know for sure.

What can i do to solve a disk read error?
same thing happened about 4 times.
