BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unable to rip Dumbo

I am unable to rip the movie Dumbo. I have tried with codecs, and without, and with path player and without. I am using 9.0.7.0.

I will attach my log files.

It seems to be a problem with choosing MP4 as the output because if I choose AVI or MKV it works. However I don't want those formats, so any suggestions on how to get it to work with MP4 would be appreciated.

Hi,
The issue is caused by the output size. Please use the included profile "MP4" in DVDFab and with the default resolution. And please tell us the default resolution in DVDFab.
