BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unable to open Blu-ray - Getting "Please update" error

Whenever I try to open the BD for "Much Ado About Nothing," I get the error "To open this Blu-ray disc, please update DVDFab software."

I've confirmed that my license is fully activated. Please assist?

Go back to Fab version 9067 another user had same problem and 9067 worked for him.Make sure your graphics card is updated to latest build first if this doesn't work try 9067.

With regard to using 9.0.6.7 as a workaround, I'm having some trouble locating the link. My idea was to use the link from the appropriate "Latest Beta Versions" post, but it appears that the same link is used for all beta versions, so that doesn't work.

Where can I find links to previous versions? Thanks.

I got impatient waiting for a 9067 link, so I found a link to version 9047.

Unfortunately, all of my DVDFab licenses are now gone, and everything is in Trial mode - even in 9070. Do I need to open a new thread for this setback?

I used 9.0.7.0 and received same error when trying to rip Tron:Legacy. Updating to 9.0.7.1 resolved the problem.

Regarding the update/install issues, I always uninstall the prior version before installing the update and select the option to save my user files. Thus far, no problems with licensing or other issues using this method.

I also am getting an "update to open disk" error.

I have updated from 9070 to 9072 with the same results although the message now says "you have the latest version" but will not open bluray

Open Fab, click on question mark (by fab settings on top right) then click on license information.Check to see if your Fab version is registered and not expired or not registered check all your brought programs this way if one is not registered that you paid for you can click on register a choice in the same pull down box.This way we will know if it's this ok.Let us know or post a screen shot so Fab can look into it.

Failed to open

I am trying to rip family vacation dvd's and I get this error.

Failed to open. Please check if it's playable.

Both DVD drives show up and are checked. I've set read to ASPI and SPTI.
I have tried everything I have read from previous posts and nothing helps.

Tried using older version and the program will not recognize all the chapters.

Dvd Ripper is Active.

Ideas???

I would try taken all fab versions off the drive when Fab asks to save your personal settings check no.

Now clean the registry with a free program cc cleaner.then re download Fab from the front page run Fab it will ask you to restart computer do so.

Now run Fab it will ask you to register it.Just fill in your email address and password and you should be good to go.Now reset all your Fab settings as they must now be reset.This restores everything as if your a new user.
