BD Ripper (3D Plus) Blu Ray Rips and iTunes

Has anyone been able to get a Blu Ray rip working in iTunes? All I get is very choppy playback. Works fine in media player, and other software, but will not work in iTunes. I have an Apple TV so would like to get this working.

Yes, no problem. Using the ATV3 profile.
