BD Ripper (3D Plus) Ripping MP4 issue

Every time I try to rip an MP4 everything works OK except it has a narrator that basically describes everything that's happening on the screen. The picture seems to be OK and the movie's audio is there except for the narrator talks over everything (I assume this is for visually impaired individuals). When I look in the menus everything is turned off. Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
