    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Audio decode Errors on TruHD 7

    Using DVDfab 9.0.7.2 - I'm getting audio errors on a blu-ray rip of "The Green Berets". Disc is clean with no scratches visible. Attached is the log. Any ideas?

    Try going into Fab settings and use all software.You can also try it without the hd sound unless you want it.

      No luck on using software vs. hardware. Same error appears. There is no other audio offered except the TrueHD audio. Specifically, it's AC3-TrueHD/1

        Seems to be having trouble with 1 channel Dolby true post the log file for all software try.Staff will have to look into this where did you buy the disk?

          Audio Problems with True HD 7

          On a similar note - I have just copied Monsters University without any problem - However, when the copy is ripped to MKV audio passthrough then a definite audio/video synchronisation/delay problem is apparent which gets worse as the movie progresses. This is another movie where there are multiple M2TS files and I have had the problem in the past which I don't think were resolved. I have tried all sorts such as remove HD audio, all software, CUDA etc but the problem is the same --- It seems that this problem only arises with BD's which have multiple M2TS files ---

            Glenns: I purchased the BD from Amazon.

            All: I contacted DVDfab Support. If/When they come up with an answer or work-around, I will post here.
