Music videos can be much more problematic...it may be a function of how the disc was authored or the audio stream.

First off, disable PathPlayer if this is a standard DVD, not a BD
(Sorry I'm in a fog right now...)

Try disabling all GPU codecs for both decoding and encoding.
Untick any and all accelerator enhancements like Lightning recoding.

I used to use my older DVD version like 8.0.8.5.

But the license is no longer good on them. The older versions worked fine on older videos like this one, is there anyway to restore the license on the older versions of DVDFab?

Has your license actually expired? What exactly is the licensure status?
What did you originally purchase...separate modules?...1 year?...lifetime?...etc., and when?

You should still be able to rip with the freeware version

I see you're using xvid and have a frame size of 625x480. I think you are going to have to use a divisible by 16,8 or even 2 frame. 624x480 or 640x480 might fly for you.
