BD Ripper (3D Plus) set top box device crashes program

when ripping blu ray and you select set top box profile in the other section in devices and you click advance tab to adjust settings the program crashes, can somebody out there also check this with there version, using the latest beta version out there did the same with previous versions as well.

I tried that profile a few times and sometimes it works and sometimes it crashes, it's really ify. Most times the start button won't appear after adding source. If the start button does not appear and you click on the queue it does but if nothing is in the queue and you click start it will crash the program.

When it does work it makes an MKV with ac3 audio.

I tried again this morning, got the source loaded, clicked on advanced settings to tweak it a bit and this is the screen then crash:

What kind of set top box do you have? There are probably several profiles that will work in the interim.

Using my qnap nas which has built in xbmc

Try the MKV profile with whatever audio you need for your setup.

Yeah got it working with mp4 and mkv profiles, was just wondering if it was just my computer with the fault thanks for the help
