    DVD Ripper Crash on 9106 Ripper

    Just installed DVDFab 9106 and TRIED to rip a movie for my Ipad2. The program scans the disk, then nothing happens. I don't even get a start button. If I click on any thing in the window the program locks up and must be shut down using the task manager. If I start the process in copy mode then switch to rip mode after the scan is done I get a start button but once again if I click on anything in the window the program locks up !!!! My computer runs on windows 7 Pro.....HELP Please....

    PS... DvdFab Copy works just fine.

    You might try a clean uninstall and reinstall, it not only works but is faster than the last version or two for me:

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
