BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unable to find blu-ray disk

I installed and registered blu-ray ripper. Started program, inserted dvd and DVDFab cannot find it. I removed the program and all works well my dvd drive and blu-ray dvd is there. Reinstalled DVDfab and my drive and dvd disappear.

Look in fab settings under drives and see if both your drives are their and checked.Also try a different disk.Then look at License info to see if fab see's that your registered for the ripper program.Your log said it opened drive E.

Do you have any other programs that may interfere with Fab accessing your drives?
