BD Ripper (3D Plus) 9.1.0.6 Out of Sync

I'm trying to rip Monsters university (RegionB).
The out put is always out of sync. In the beginning it's not noticeable but at the end it's more than 2 sec.

I have tried several profiles with the same result.
I want to have the Swedish video and audio in this rip.

Procedure:
Copy Blu-Ray to HDD.
Rip from HDD to format (ATV3 or MKV)

I noticed that the movie is several files that need to be stitched together to be complete.

I noticed that the Blu-Ray consists of several videos one for each language.
As default when ripping DVDFab chooses English audio and the Spanish Video.'
I have to manually go in and change this. Here is another issue! I can't change audio in the preview to check if it's correct.

Have the same problem, and using software only. Tried ripping to mp4 and mkv. Even tried mp4 passthrough, but the problem is the same...

However, tried DVD FAB 8.2.2.9 and there was no problem with mp4 passtrough.
Will give it a try later for Apple tv ripping.

Seems a little odd that the old versions seems to work

I did turn it off, same issue!
