DVD Ripper Can Only Use MP4 Profile on DVD Ripper

I am trying to rip one of my DVDs to an MKV container with H.264 video using DVDFab 9.1.1.1. But when I load the DVD in, the Default Profile is set to MP4 and I can't switch it to any other profile. They are displayed when I click on the MP4 profile icon, but when I click on any other profile the window closes and MP4 is still selected as the profile. Anyone have any thoughts on what I might be doing incorrectly? I uninstalled and reinstalled without success.

Please make sure that you check any titles in the source list. Then the profile you select will be changed as you wish.

Notes: DVDFab would help you select the main moive when finishing the loading.
