DVD Ripper A Christmas Story - only commentary

Hi all-
I'm using an evaluation copy of DVD Ripper (latest version) and trying to get A Christmas Story ripped, but the audio contains commentary.

I've read several other threads about this issue and tried implementing the solutions I found, with no luck. The main problem seems to be that the only audio tracks recognized are those for the commentary. If I choose English AC-3/2, I get commentary; if I choose English AC-3/1, I get no audio whatsoever.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Try selecting the 3.1 audio track and when selecting audio for the output file select AAC mono rather than stereo.
