BD Ripper (3D Plus) A/V Sync Problems

I've been having some sync problems lately. But only with MP4s. (I just started to go to MP4s.) I ripped to MP4 with a/v sync issue and also ripped to MKV with the same settings but NO a/v sync issue. Video is passthrough and audio is AC3/5.1 @ 640kps or passthrough. Everything starts in sync but progressively gets worse. Any thoughts?

Upgrade to 9.1.1.9 and give it a go.
