BD Ripper (3D Plus) Converting to 3D file always stalls.

So I'm trying out 9.1.1.5 before i decide whether or not I want to buy. I ripped all my 3D movies over the course of 3 days (28 movies) so I can have them on an external HDD hooked up to my blu-ray player.

I managed to convert 4 movies without any issues, but now, every movie I try pretty much stops responding after almost 2 minutes. Frame rates usually get up to around 26.30 fps, then around 01:50, they start to drop until they hit zero, and just stay there. I will attempt again, and post a log, as the last attempt crashed the PC completely and didn't produce a log file.

If it helps, I'm running a Windows 7 64-bit with an AMD Phenom II 1090T 6 core, 8 GB RAM.

Ok...once the fps reach zero, I cancel the rip because it never goes up again, it just crashes the program completely now, so I can't even get a log file. Don't think I'll be dropping $300 for a program that doesn't work right.

Have you tried turning off all the GPU stuff?

          Hi Ripper75
Log files are always generated, they will be in your documents folder.
You could also try disabling lightning recoding also.

Yeah...didn't realize that it just keeps adding to the same log file, smh. Turned off lightning recoding and trying again. If it fails, will post the log.

Well, it failed again...and crashed the program. I'm getting very annoyed. I've tried various versions of this program in the past and always have problems with it, one form or another. I notice that there's an error in the log, but haven't a clue what's causing it. Maybe there's an issue with my PC?

Not sure why that would matter though, since the 4 that worked were all done with ac3. My blu-ray player, or tv for that matter won't play back aac in 5.1, which is why I chose ac3, but I'll try it again.

I think you should check the box in advanced setting for mp4 profile (copy audio same as source).

Ac3 sound is not supported in the mp4 container it's not part of it's spec.

Why don't you try the m2ts or mkv 3d profiles?

I'm ripping one in .mkv now and it seems to be working (90%). I'll also try the copy audio stream option for mp4 as a trial to see what happens. Thanks for your help.

EDIT: Despicable Me still causes crashing, but I was able to rip Dredd. Going to attempt to rip DM right from the disc instead of ISO (which I know isn't recommended).

I tried Despicable me 2 3d iso on hard drive to mp4 with audio same as source and got no sound at all.

I updated the firmware on my blu-ray drive, which might have been the issue. Currently ripping a 3D movie that I haven't been able to rip since I bought it, so will try to re-rip Despicable Me again. Maybe the previous firmware was corrupted somehow. As for the one you ripped, are you playing it back on your PC or through your Blu-ray player? I find that copying the audio source will make a file to appear to have no audio on the PC, but will have audio on the blu-ray player.

This is a known issue, our developers are trying to fix it. Thank you for your feedback

                              Hi,Ripper75
It's worked fine for me, I guess that may be your .iso file is damaged.
Please create the iso file again or use physics disc and have a try!
