DVD Ripper Background sound is fine but no voices

I'm having exactly the same problem as another person on this forum. I just upgraded from DVDFab 8 to 9 last night and can't see where I have any wrong setting issues (MP4 with AAC audio, h264 video codec and audio codec set to copy).

Quality of video is fine, background sound is fine but I just can't get voices.

Have tried using numerous dvd's but all have the same problem....no voices

Log files have been uploaded.

I am hoping this is just a settings issue!

Your log shows your mp4 audio is AC-3 multichannel, might try AC-3 stereo.

Six audio channels may be too many for your playback device and it's playing the wrong channels.

Did version 8 work for you with this profile? did you get 6 channel sound with voices ok?

Try version 8 if it works then we know it's a problem with version 9 and needs fixing.

You can have version 8 & 9 on your computer at the same time they install into different folders.

Many of us keep both to revert back to version 8 when 9 fails.
